Returns
If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with any of our kits or charts, you may return them within 14 days
of receipt as long as they are unopened and in a saleable condition. Any
returned items should be sent by registered post as we cannot be held
responsible for goods lost in transit.
Unless goods are supplied faulty or incorrectly the customer will be
responsible for return postage.
Due to chart and kit packs containing copyright material we are unable to
accept return of any items which have been opened, unless faulty.
Faults and omissions
If a kit or chart is found to have
missing or faulty items please inform us in writing within 28 days and the
missing/faulty items will be supplied free of charge.
Design illustrations
Due to the limitations of printing, the
colours depicted on any printed illustrations of our designs may not be an
exact representation of the finished product. This also applies to
illustrations on the web site.
We reserve the right to change any aspect of our kits and charts (including
prices) without
prior notice. We cannot be held responsible for any slight variations in
thread colours supplied with our kits.
Thread colours
All of our designs were created using Anchor Threads, if
you are purchasing a 'chart only' we do not recommend the use of other
manufacturers colour ranges as there are some colours which cannot be
matched closely enough. If you do use another range of colours we cannot
accept responsibility for the appearance of the finished product.
Payment/Ordering
You can order and pay online using your credit/debit card
If you wish to order by post you can pay by:-
UK - Cheques and postal orders
Rest of the world - Cheque drawn on a UK bank, International money order or
bankers draft.
All payments must be in UK £ Sterling and made payable to R.P.Lambe

Dispatch
Items will usually be dispatched within
48 hrs of receipt of order.
If paying by cheque your order will be dispatched immediately upon clearance
of cheque.

(1st class Royal Mail) - 3 days but please allow up to 7
working days
Europe (Airmail) - 5 days but please allow up to 14 days
Rest of the world (Airmail) - 7 days but please allow up to 21 days
